ISO 3015 - Cloud Point

We perform testing by ISO 3015 to find the temperature where a petroleum product begins to form hydrocarbon crystals, making the product appear cloudy. This can lead to or cause engine problems and filter plugging.

We also perform cloud point testing by ASTM D2500, ASTM D5771, ASTM D5773, DIN 51597, FTM 202, FTM 203, IP 444, IP 446, MIL-DTL-17111 §4.5.3.2, and MIL-H-22072 §4.6.7. These different test methods use different instruments or procedures or are used for certain sample types.
