ASTM D7963 – Determination of Contamination Lebel of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters in Middle Distillate and Residual Fuels Using Flow Analysis by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy – Rapid Screening Method

We perform fuel quality testing by ASTM D7963 to determine the fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) contamination in middle distillates like diesel and biodiesel. This test uses Fourier Transform Infrared (FA-FTIR) spectroscopy. This test is similar to ASTM D7797 - FAME Content in Jet Fuel.
