Hach 10065 - Mercury in Water

We perform testing by Hach 10065 to measure the mercury contamination in water. The maximum contaminant level goal (MCLG) that the EPA has set for mercury is 0.002 mg/L or 2 ppb (parts per billion). Drinking mercury-contaminated water over an extended period of time can cause kidney damage and other health problems. Mercury contamination in water is usually caused by natural mercury deposit erosion, discharge from refineries and factories, and runoff.
