MIL-DTL-17111 - Hydraulic Transmission Fluid
We perform lubricants testing by Military Specification MIL-DTL-17111, which covers a hydraulic transmission fluid used in systems involving mechanical or fibrous filters or centrifugal purification. This military specification covers a class of hydraulic transmission fluid that consists of mineral oil products and approved additive materials. This class of hydraulic transmission fluid is required to be noncorrosive to bearings and hydraulic systems and hydraulic systems. It is also required to not cause clogging of oil screens or valves.
